Operation Re-Connect Couples Retreat

For couples facing the unique challenges of deployments, military to civilian transitions and marriage after deployment/service it is sure to put relations to the test. We want to help couples develop and hone new skills to strengthen and build relationship resiliency. Operation Re-Connect couples retreat is structured to provide a calm and supportive environment where couples feel safe to share their experiences and know that they are not alone in the challenges they face.

Operation Re-Connect’s three-day retreat provides an opportunity to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and to help couples develop better communication skills and reignite their romance.

This retreat is:
– Free to service members and partners (lodging, meals and workshop materials included)
– Facilitated by NAMI-certified staff and certified/licensed counselors with experience
in couples and military counseling
– Focused on the couples’ relationships in fun and unique ways while enjoying good food
– A way for couples to learn how to handle conflict, build intimacy and improve communication
– An opportunity to learn from other couple’s experiences

Limited space is available
Registration is required along with a $50 registration fee (refunded upon arrival)
Lodging, meals, and workshop supplies are provided for registered couples

Transportation to and from the retreat is not provided.
