Spring Bake Sale 2023
Baking the most out of every moment we are given!
The Highground will host its annual “Spring Bake Sale” on May 20, 2023, from 10am to 3pm or when items sell out, in support of this year’s Vietnam Veterans Reunion (Saturday, July 15). January 27, 2023 marked the 50th anniversary of the Paris Peace Accords. This formal agreement was signed by the United States, South Vietnam, Viet Long and North Vietnam to end the War and restore peace in Vietnam. This year’s reunion is especially important to the Veterans who will participate and we want to give them the welcome home they deserved 50 years ago.
Join our Sweet Platoon bakers—Bake your favorite goodies and be an integral part of that “Welcome Home” for our Veterans. We kindly ask that you deliver your sweets already packaged (at your own discretion) on Friday, May 19 by 5pm.
Don’t bake? That’s ok. Stop by The Highground on May 20 and pick up a few sweets for your Sunday Dinner dessert.
