Summer “Vets & Guitars” & Ukuleles 2024
Veterans are invited to sign up for the Summer “Vets & Guitars” & Ukuleles Course, featuring beginning and continuing ukulele lessons (guitar classes will be back in the fall). We supply the instruments and basic supplies.
Lessons will begin on Thursday, June 6!
Classes will for the most part meet every Thursday evening for 10 sessions.
Beginning Ukulele Class: 4:30-5:30pm
Continuing Ukulele Class: 6-7pm (for Veterans who completed the beginning ukulele course)
Instructor: Victoria Shoemaker of the band “Virginia Steel” (FB: virginiasteelmusic)
Class location: The Highground (W7031 Ridge Rd, Neillsville, WI 54456)

These lessons are FREE for Veterans because of the generosity of our sponsors. It takes $150 to help a Veteran participate in this program. If you would like to sponsor a Veteran, please reach out to Theresa (contact information above).
