The Highground honors all who have served in times of conflict and in times of peace. All Veterans of any era have, at one point in their life, written a blank check made payable to “The United States of America,” for an amount up to and including their life.

All names from Korea to present are read out loud with the toll of The Highground Liberty Bell. 2,000-plus individual names are read on Memorial Day and Veterans Day. During various annual events, a representative group of names are read out loud while attendees answer “Present” on their behalf. The Highground does not let our fallen go in silence.
