The Highground Receives “Live” Wood Painting From Long-time Supporters

Phil and Carol Cler of Jackson, Wisconsin, long-time friends and supporters of The Highground, presented another beautiful painting on live edge wood to Kay Anason, The Highground Donation Coordinator

Phil likes to search for new techniques and find a patriotic picture to present to The Highground. This latest work of art (valued at approximately $300) is one of several paintings that Phil has gifted to The Highground. The paintings are used for auctions, raffles such as The Highground’s annual raffle honoring Veterans, and more—wherever there is a need to promote The Highground and support its mission to Honor, Educate and Heal.

Phil and Carol also take newsletters and information cards with them to help spread the word about The Highground. The staff and board members are grateful to the Clers’s for their continued support.
